Step 1. If you are using the 3 Secrets workbook- Section 1 page 2 is to name your goal, want, or desire.
Rate each of the levels of your desire from 1-10 on how strongly you Desire this goal.&nbsp;
Next Rate the Belief level from 1-10 on how strongly you believe you can achieve this goal AND are willing to make the changes in your life to achieve your goals.
In the beginning, only choose goals that are a 10 and 10 as the sweet spot that leaves no doubt and builds confidence with each success.
