DESCRIPTION: In the attached file you will find an explanation on role modelling provided by Sustainocracy as a method to overcome the mental difference between generations. This format is also relevant for our educational structures. 
Education is influencing our young generations for many years during their growing up. It is outdated to just prepare them for functions in society. We also need to help them understand what it is to be human, addressing the essential values of our existence. Cognitive teaching needs to be complemented with emotional development, dealing with interrelationships, meaning, mindfulness, shared responsibilities and togetherness, as early as possible. 
In a world in chaos we need to facilitate anchors of stability, inner wisdom and potential of self realization through cooperation between people and nature.
