So here we are the Brow Chakra, also known as the Third Eye Chakra. This is located as you guessed it, in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows. This is the center of your highest intuition, your psychic power in your inner light. The Brow Chakra relates to and has a connection with the brain, eyes, ears and nose, and to your emotional and mental intellect, and your ability to see clearly. The pituitary and pineal glands are most closely associated with the Brower third chakra. Now for those of you who might not have heard about the pineal gland, let me just tell you what it is in a simple way.

It's a gland that lies deep within the brain and it produces melatonin. And why is this important? Because the Melatonin is best known for the role that plays in regulating your sleep patterns. And if there's one thing we know, to second act of life is sometimes sleep doesn't come that easily. So this is a really important area to work on. The other parts that are connected to the breast chakra is of course, your brow, the base of the skull, and your biorhythms are also closely associated with the chakra.

So just a little tidbit about bio rhythms because it's kind of cool. According to the theory of bio rhythms, a person's life is influenced by rhythmic biological cycles that affect your ability and various domains such as your intellect, your physicality, and emotional activity in your life. So I thought it would be interesting to point out the cycles of when they occur and what's actually involved with each one of them. So very easily, let's take the physical cycle. It occurs every time 23 days and it involves your coordination, strength, and well being. The next cycle is your emotional cycle which occurs every 28 days.

And it involves your creativity, sensitivity, mood, perception, and awareness. The last cycle of your biorhythm is your intellect, which occurs every 33 days and involves your alertness and analytical functioning, logical analysis, memory, or recall and your communication. Interesting stuff, isn't it? So how is your browse shopper functioning? So if you browse shocker or third eyes, I like to call it is open and balanced. You'll have good dream recall.

And who doesn't want to remember your dreams, strong intuition, psychic power you'll operate from higher level of mind and wisdom and the ability to visualize and have a guiding vision for your own life. That's huge, especially in your second act of life. If your Brow Chakra is imbalanced with either again too much or too less, you could experience headaches, hallucinations, delusions, difficulty concentrating, loss of reality, fantasizing too much, not good at thinking for yourself with a tendency to rely on authoritative people, rigid thinking insensitivity, denying what is going on right in front of you, and the lack of imagination. The emotions that are connected to the Brow Chakra is denial, straight complain denial, and what walks with denial is illusion. Denial with This chakra has to do with not wanting to see clearly what is right in front of you denying what is going on how it may be occurring, and not wanting to step into the truth that your eyes and your soul are seeing very clearly.

Sometimes when we want to deny, we create an illusion of what is happening so that we don't have to deal with the truth of what is really occurring right in front of us. Is that happening to you? Have you been living in a place of denial? So now let's look at the possible health issues that are associated with a blocked brow or third eye chakra. So some of the health issues are glaucoma, headaches, neurological problems, cerebellum issues, issues with your nose, pituitary gland Nervous System and issues with your left eye.
