So next for the root chakra, I'm going to teach you how to use color to balance it. So for color it's commonly known and accepted that colors influenced the way we feel and think that's why the study and analysis of colors or practices all are their own, you may gravitate towards certain colors because of the way they make it feel. I know I do. In fact, colors have a vibrational resonance on the chakras and your color preference may indicate that your body needs or praise certain colors. So think about it this way. When you wake up in the morning and you choose your clothes to wear, there is a subconscious choice going on.

That the colors you are choosing to wear are exactly the colors your chakras and your body need. So take a moment and ask yourself, what color or colors do you typically go for? What's your favorite color or colors? Then think about or compare which chakras from the inventory needed your attention. I bet you that all this will fall into alignment, because there will be no coincidence and the color choice and what you need for healing. So utilizing the colors of the Shockers can affect your energy, your mood and your physical or mental health.

So the colors associated with the root chakra are red and black. Other red is the most commonly recognized as the color of the root chakra black is also a color of the root chakra. So how do you use red or black to balance your root chakra? Well, there are many different ways. I always tell my clients to go out and buy underwear that's right as an underwear that matches the colors of the shoppers that they need for healing. So go on out and buy some red From black underwear as this will assist in the grounding process that your body needs.

You can also wear red or black pants, or red or black socks as well. So remember, if you want to use color to help with your root chakra, go and look at your closet, look at your chores Do you have read? Do you have black, if not get something because it really does aid in the process of helping you feel grounded, supported and nurtured for the root chakra. So next to the root chakra. Let's talk about how crystals can activate calm and balanced the root chakra. All gemstones and crystals carry energy and also have a vibrational resonance on the chakras.

Using gemstones for healing was once called a ritual of laying of stones, which has been practiced for thousands of years. The ritual involves placing stuff at points on the body that correspond to the chakras or energy centers. This is known as clearing, opening or balancing. balancing your chakras through the laying of stones not only keeps both the blood and energy flowing throughout the body, but it also infuses the body with the energy of the gemstones, supporting its natural healing process. So how do we use this stone? So the first thing that you're going to do, let's do it on doing okay, in your back in place the garden stone near or over your root chakra. So you can either place this here or Small life like a tumble stone like mine is you can place it right next to where the root chakra is right here. Or if it doesn't hurt too much, you can place it right under the root chakra. I'd recommend keeping your knees up. Now I can feel the energy right now.

So what you need to do is just relax the body or doing a few better for us like this. You always want to take your time to really relax your body. Next, you want to bring your awareness like bringing your eyeballs down to the stone into where your root chakra is located in the body. You can close your eyes and let the crystals do that work. Take time to witness and notice how the area of your root chakra feels before, during and after using the stone. If any emotions or thoughts come up, just sit and be with it.

Just sit and let all of it occur. So now let's move on to using essential oils for the root chakra. Just as color and stones have a certain vibrational resonance with the chakras. So two different plants. Essential oils are the fragrant distilled essence of plants. So essential oils are great way to help balance your chakras and there are so many different ways to use essential oils for your chakras.

I would recommend using oils that can be applied directly to your skin because I find it easiest to do it that way versus having to purchase soils where you have to measure them out and mix them with other carrier oils before you can apply them directly to your skin. If you have very sensitive skin, you can dilute the oils with coconut oil. So if you're really good with oils and that doesn't bother you, then feel free to buy any kind of oil that you want but I recommend hundred percent organic oils. So let's begin with the first way that you can use the oils. You can use the oils either aromatically or topically. For example, you can inhale the oils directly from a bottle like this or apply it to the palms of your hand.

Throw them together and just inhale them. You can also diffuse the oils in your surroundings, like the bedroom, the office, the bathroom or a treatment room. These are great ways to use them aromatically by using a diffuser and you can purchase the fuse just about anywhere, so that's not an issue. topically, you can apply a few drops to the body's pulse points, like your wrists, the inside of your elbows behind your ears, which are just to name the few, or you can apply them directly on the bodies location of the specific chakra, or to the soles of your feet. Whenever you apply an oil to the soles of the feet, it's the quickest way to get it into the bloodstream. So essential oils that help to balance the root chakra are cedar wood, patchouli, myrrh, and clove to release blocked energies, and since you're seeking a way to become more rooted in the earth, apply these essential oils directly to the soles of your feet.

And those are some of the ways that you can use essential oils to balance and unblock third chakra so now let's take a look at what foods you can use. balance and unblock the root chakra. Choosing the right foods and nutrition to balance the chakras is very important. And foods specific to the root chakra, or red fruits, root vegetables and proteins. Isn't that interesting root vegetables for the root chakra. So please know that you know your body better than anyone else.

If you have a food allergy. Please do not choose foods I will be listing that activate your allergies. There are enough options on the list where you will have many other choices. So let's begin with the red foods. It probably comes as no surprise that the color of the chakras and the color of foods are inextricably linked. It's believed that eating a wide range of red fruits and vegetables are great for balancing the chakra like strawberries, cherries, apples, pomegranates, tomatoes and raspberries.

Now looking at the root vegetables, for the root vegetables, this would be anything that Rose deep within Mother Earth. This helps to keep us grounded and it embodies the energy of the root chakra. So use root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, turnips, carrots, beet root, onions, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Notice for the proteins, we have eggs, meat, beans, and nuts, which are all high protein foods that are very grounding and nourishing for the root chakra. So now you will have a better understanding of your root chakra. And you have options and suggestions of how to balance unblock and strengthen this chakra.
