Goal: Participants will know how impactful it can be to have an intentional practice to help students (and them) focus prior to beginning class.

Participants will (Do) begin to notice patterns in their own classrooms about how they teach their students to focus.

Participants will feel the physical and mental differences between their before-and-after heart rate and other biometrics and become curious about how helping their students regulate their central nervous systems at the beginning of class could benefit the musical, social,  and emotional landscape of their classroom.
