Most people think that identifying relapse thoughts is easy. But you will learn, that it isn't just about knowing when you are thinking about drinking or using or have a craving. There is more to it than that.   

While identifying the thoughts is important, identifying relapse behaviors is the key.  They are often harder to see. You will complete a Post Relapse Evaluation which will help you see the breakdown in your thoughts and behaviors that lead up to your last relapse.

Then you will be asked to evaluate your recovery plan or if you even really have one that you are working.
