Decision Makers: Who is making the decision? (Also think about what criteria will they use to make the decision)
Influencers: Who will the decision-makers look to when making their decision?
Gatekeepers: Who else (eg. HR, legal) is not directly involved, but needs to be on board with the decision?


What is their current level of alignment? (For, neutral, against)
What is your engagement strategy to get them aligned?
