DESCRIPTION: End of lesson exercise
For each of your identified roles, look at a job posting and answer the following:

What is the stated problem they are trying to solve?
What are the possible underlying problems? Try to come up with as many as you can.

For example:
Job Description: VP, Software Engineering
Stated problem: They want to hire someone to run their software engineering function, with a focus on strategy, architecture, delivery, and resource management.
Possible problems (from the hiring manager's perspective):

The last person left and it’s taking too much of their time to manage these projects.
Their clients are complaining about quality problems, and they need someone to fix this group.
Their technology is old, and they need to reboot.
The teams are dysfunctional and can’t seem to get anything done.
The head of product didn’t like the last person they hired, so they need someone who can make a senior-specific leader happy.
