Day my fabulous friend. This is the ark Angel certification course by absolute realization, coaching and healing. And this is module three, Section four. Today's topic is a juicy one is called accessing reality. And when we speak about reality, we're not talking about reality as in what the worlds agree on, or what the world agrees on as reality, when we're talking about as reality is the reality that is consistent, the reality that doesn't fade doesn't die doesn't go away after 100 or 120 years or whatever that is, I'm talking about reality as in that which is consistent that which is and it is because it always is it forever is. So we're going to access that today in a nice way.

And we're going to learn how to access that at any time that we too. So let's get to that reality. What is reality? Exactly? Now there's reality, again, as I just said, that the world agrees upon. And according to those standards, we tend to act within those limits to see Well, yes, this is how it is.

And we see how it is. But really, it is not the reason I say is not Is this the isness of something, if it is temporary, is actually is not because 100 years from now, or 200 years from now, a person who walks through the same experience will not experience that exact thing. Therefore, was it ever really there or did it even really count? Right? What does count is the lesson that's learned from the experience of that thing which can be shared. So that is within reality, but the physical components of that thing existing Really, once time takes, it's a week.

It's not there anymore. It's not to be experienced. Therefore it is not. Experience is a temporary thing itself. The body itself is a temporarily temporary vessel. But the mind learns from the body and the mind can continue to learn as it goes on.

Right? So what we're talking about in terms of reality, if you believe in energy, at least, we don't even have to talk about, we will talk about God too, right. But in terms of energy, the actual Einstein for instance, said energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transferred into other forms, right? So that energy that we're talking about is the same as if it's in you and I and and everything else, right, it can be converted, it can be burned in a fire or whatever, and turned into ash and that ash goes into the earth and the earth recycles and it comes up into a tree and the tree then has that energy still, that energy is constantly moving through different phases of existence or experience, but Energy is consistent, the same amount of energy is there as it wasn't a start, right?

So energy is, in a sense, Alpha and Omega, just like our Alpha Omega, same thing, right? It's consistent, and it's never going to disappear. It's always there. It will take on different forms and different shapes, but it's still that energy. And that's where we are to where energy right? Where energy for right now that's in this nice steady format, we can see here feelings or activism touch.

But at the end of it all, we're still going to be that energy that continues to transfer into different forms and experiences different forms because our consciousness our mind, is able to hold experience as information and learning and carry us on to our next level where we're able to use that information that we learn from the past, although not necessarily in a direct memory, but in a memory that we have knowledge now we move forward with this sort of wisdom of life and we know what to do and what not to do, because we're graduating levels as we go as well. So we're growing and evolving just like everything else on the planet is going on. All right. So, accessing reality, let's get back to that the point of the accessing of reality is achieved as simple as this. To access reality, we must have some idea of what our relationship to the hole is once again, that's how we access reality right.

Now, we just explained the talk about energy and we know that energy can be cannot be created or destroyed, right, it is consistent, but it can be transferred into other types of things right. For instance, when you hear a train stop for instance, the wheels on the train right are turning decrease in this friction and the friction creates it creates this heat. In the same way that that mechanical energy is being transferred into heat energy, heat energy can be transferred to mechanical energy. So there's a back and forth relationship there. Right? vibration can be used to create sound.

And guess what sound can be used to create vibration as well. So there's a relationship that goes back and forth, continuously is always going back and forth. But the energy is still consistent. It's still there, right? for us to be able to access that, we have to figure out or not figure out what experience more. So what it is that allows us to be able to get into that zone, right?

Where we are experienced in life as part of life completely, right? Because we can go back and forth just like all the other energies can go back and forth, we can do the same thing. We can be in it or out of it in it or out of it. Right, it's up to us. The great thing about it is we get to choose now that we're the conscious beings that have realized this fact, and can be an observation of what's happening. Let's jump into that.

Here's how we do it. Hold it is this to access reality? We get inside ourselves Firstly, right? We know what we are doing what we are simply means that we understand that we have been created right. Now, energy cannot be created or destroyed, right. We have been created by something that created all the energy that exists and it is also part of that energy that exists because it transferred itself somehow into us.

Because since energy cannot as the law says right, be created, but we are created, then we must have been created from a substance that already existed, right? a substance that always existed. Because we recreate it we are here, right we are here we can say we're not here because I mean Right, that's undebatable. Like, you'd have to be really out of it to say that you don't exist right? Now, the physical may not exist. But your experience, your being able to interact shows you that you exist, right?

So you exist. If you exist, it means that something created you, if you were created, it also means that that thing has to use itself since there's a fixed amount of energy for the entire existence or experience, right? Therefore, you are a creation of the infinite presence, whatever is there by embracing that and knowing that you know how worthy you are right? Because you must be worthy already wouldn't be created in the first place. Whatever it was created, created you from love and created you from that source. Because you were very special and very unique.

It turned all of this energy into one moment into creating You all it's love when since you are one beautiful points, which means your first thing with that energy you are that energy you are that you're that creation. And being that creation, you can report in the world knowing your value, your value can never be defined by how much of what you have, or how much of what you don't have, because all of it is actually part of you. Right? As you were created as a part of all that energy, right? All of it is yours, right? And you are walking in yourself in a sense.

So then what are the values that the world sets up and tells you Well, you know, you don't have enough of this or enough of that, or you're not this tall or you're not this short or whatever, it is not strong or this not whatever. None of that actually matters. What really matters is your creation and your creation is secure. Whatever created you created you perfectly then you just as you are because from its source, right It wants you to be exactly as you are no different, right? And you're part of all that that's going on right now. So in understanding that I'm really embracing that, you can see that your value is unchanging.

Therefore you are. Remember before we were talking about the isness of things. Well, you're an is you already is why are you it is because you've been created from the energy that always is, you've been created by the Creator itself, by God by spirit by the Universe by energy, whichever one you want to call it by source, all of it. That is isness. Right? And the you that is formed by that business is an is it's not a will be or was.

It's an is it's a right here right now. thing that's happening. Therefore, it's not temporary. The body is the body and the body is a tool. It is by nature, supposed to be temporary, right? But the you that's animating the body forever.

It been forever. I mean, it's part of the energy that is, it's worthy. It's valuable. It's here to do exactly what it's doing right now. And it's doing it perfectly. Right.

So accessing realities about knowing stuff, you get into that, you know, now that you are part of the Infinite Creation, that is now you're linked and you're part of everything that is in your awareness period. Even if it's not in your awareness, it lies in your consciousness, which is part of the mind which is created by the infinite source, which is eternal energy. Right now you are that some people call that energy God, it has a certain ring to it, and it identifies it may give some people ideas from the past, but present understanding of what God is is that lovely energy, lovely energy because it is His love and it emits that love through and as everything at lovely energy that flows from your being to others to connect and to extend itself and feel joy. Woods extension. That is the way that you can see, you understand God but truly God cannot itself cannot be defined or contained within a phrase that I or anyone else could really bring up.

But it's close enough feeling to understand the feeling and the intention of this being that has created through eyes you right now in understanding that and knowing the value that we have, right? That we all have, this is not just me, this is not just you, this is everyone in knowing that reality is instantly accessible. Because knowing your value, knowing the value of others, knowing the value of all that is around you, whether it be a bird, a bee, a fly a horse, a cow, whatever it is, just knowing the value of that life that in that puts you into a state of instance, appreciation of life, appreciation of self appreciation of every single thing that occurs because it is perfect and it is the perfect occurrence for the perfect moment. Knowing that you are fully in reality already, you don't have to imagine. You don't have to go any further than that.

You're there right now is it and this is reality. Reality is not captured in the form. But it is caught tiered in the beam. The beam is where reality is. There's one being not many. You are that one beam.
