Beautiful. I am king Gabriel Quincy collymore. And you are in the art Angel certification course from absolute realization, coaching and healing. This is module three, section five. And today we have the lovely topic of finding your central, finding your center, right, here's how we do this. This one is based on one that we did in the past.

And even if you didn't do that one with me, this will allow you to get right into it still right. Now, as we are and I'll step back a little further for this. We are here and we appear to be in a body, right? The truly the body is in us. We're not in the body, the body is in us, okay? There's a field that's around here.

A second, a third, and layers coming down, forming around us, right. The farthest one from us is the one that's the most solid Right, the closest in is getting closer and closer to the realm of the center. And we will leave the forum close because it helps us to understand what the conversation is about. There is no such thing as far and close. And you know that also. But for now, this is an easy way for our minds to understand it right.

So here we go. The party's level would be the level of artifacts of things that we've collected, things that we have in life, things that we value. And actually, the reason it's far also is because in reality is actually meaningless, right? It is meaningless. But the more the closer you get to the center, the more meaning each layer will have. So what we're starting off with, again, is the outer level, which is houses, cars, all those lovely things that we get, and that's the physical reality of things.

The second level we have, as I discussed before, will be the behavioral level, which is we believe we act a certain way and by our actions, we end up getting certain things and we know that we can to shift our actions or behaviors in order as officers and outcomes, but with great strain, because unless we actually embrace it and understand that what we're creating is something that we truly desire, then we will have resistance, right? And resistances is fatal. Right? So here we are, know that the behavior level after the behavioral level, we go to the level of feelings, our feelings is what is enjoyable to us. It's what makes us feel to do something we feel to behave a certain way. And if we, if we feel to behave that way, then there's less strain involved in behaving that way.

If we don't want to do something, though, then it's a great strain. It's something that we don't want to do. It's a hardship, and then we don't want to do it, right. So that's the level of feelings we need the level of feelings there's a level of thoughts and values, okay? thoughts and values will basically be the level of what we see as being good or bad, and that's good or bad by our personal individual judgment, which is nothing right but at the same time, the values themselves keep us separate from being ourselves because we judge things as good and bad and something that might be good and one day would be bad on another ice cream is good on one day and bad on another because of the temperature change in the weather. So it's situational.

Therefore, good and bad does not really exist, but it exists in our experience by our individual perspective, right. That's the level of values under the level of values. There's the level of beliefs. And there's that saying about Adam, I believe in his heart, so is he know the idea of believing something means that it becomes true for you and your experience as well. But beliefs are not necessarily our own. Based on our programming, they are based on that level from the years of zero to seven years old.

When somebody comes in and their thesis and they're actually absorbing all the information that's given to them. They see their parents act a certain way they see their aunts, uncles act a certain way and they absorb that information without any filters. So then it becomes their way of Being automatic, right? They just react that way instantly. But the fact is, they do not have much see, because it's an unconscious reaction to those things that has been programmed in there already. They don't have much SR come of that, except we have the ability to change that.

Now, we know how to rewrite those scripts. And that's what we're dealing with right now. Right? So that's the level of beliefs below the level of belief. There's a level of worldview, which is another thing, that worldview level is the level where through all the past lives or experiences we have, we've had the collective experience of our ancestors, everything that's coming to making us genetically as well, on a DNA level, all that is in our worldview, and it shapes the world for us. We unconsciously walk around and we see things and we just know things about it.

The reason why we know things about it is way back in the past somewhere or we back in the lineage, we were taught things like for instance, why does the lizard know that it's time to run when it sees a bird it knows to run when it sees a bird because in its DNA itself at this point, The natural reaction Why is that a natural reaction because its ancestors and everything that's trained within itself has come to the point where it realizes danger when it sees danger, it knows danger, instantly danger, cool flight or fright one time. That's a reptilian brain. And that's the part that carries on through generations as well with information as to safety, safety, keeping the body safe right? Now, this has taken a toll on us in one way to because the way we identify love now, right, based on our programming is that if love is threatened in any way in us, or what we think is love, like we have somebody that we love, and we hold them really near and tight, it's that love is threatened, we feel like we're gonna die as well.

It's a threat, it's a threat, just the feel of a threat of physical existence, right? So we react to that the same way. That's why people cry and have heart breaks and all these things because to them, they're about to lose something major, right? And that's how the brain interprets it interprets that, right? So that's the world that we just dealt. And after work, you'd have ultimately just notice his allegiance to Goddess Peretz energy to whatever it is the center that you know you will call to if it's a life or death situation, that energy is there and it's stored in the center and it's there continuously.

It interacts with everything and it snaps right into the grid. So you're snapped right into the grid, which is the entire experience, right? You can't ever be out of it. It seems like you're out of it sometimes. But you can never be disconnected from source truly you can think that your experience and experience you can think that you're disconnected and experienced that you're disconnected. But you can never truly be disconnected.

It's impossible to be existence at all, and be disconnected from source. But the mind can play tricks and have you have a field day with that one, right? But either way, here we are. So we know the levels now. And what we want to do is access our sensor, right? So since we know all those levels, and the only thing that could possibly stop us from experiencing our center would be preoccupation with these levels.

But we are self supporting, or we have to do is get rid of the levels, right? We have to be willing to let go of the levels in order to experience a sense of because the senses there already, it's not like we have to go find it and pull it out or something and stretch it over everything else, which is one thing we could do too. And at the same time, we can just be there, clarity other levels in our mind, whatever might allow space for the center to come through and be us right. So this is where the book again, the life of God has me came from, because God itself is moving through and as me as my being right now as your being right now is everything right now. But when three like God to show itself, or energy or source to show itself and its might, in its full, undivided will, expressing itself for the end gloriously as us, that's what we want.

So let's clean up a bit. It's just cleanup time, right? And I'm going to show you how to do that. Right now, so this is going to be a slight meditative experience. Once again, it's only going to be about seven minutes or so. So join with me, right.

Get a nice comfortable position again, relax the toes. Relax the feet. Relax the calves, the shins, relax the pelvic girdle, relax the body. You can sit for this obviously, I'm standing because it's easier for me right now. Relax the back. Relax the stomach.

Relax the chest. Relax the arms, completely triceps, biceps, quadriceps, shoulders, the deltoids relax the arms, relax the forearms. Relax the hands. Relax the fingers. Relax the fingertips. He likes the neck, jaw head.

Eyelashes, eye sockets, nasal cavity, relax the head completely relax the skull, relax the scalp, relax the hair, relax everything right now. One relaxed, lovely ball of jelly just nodded, you're totally relaxed. I'd like you to step into this with me. On the level of the physical, think of the things that matter to you right now. Whether they be a car, a house, whatever it is, that's occupying your attention right now that you think you have to work to keep, or you need to keep so badly or what matters to you and you have to put effort into keeping along yourself in this moment, it just really stuck for a second, and you can always pick it up at the end. Again, it's no problem.

But for now, let's release it so we can get our center. Release it, release your ideas about these things, release it, just release it Let it go, feel it, release, feel it move from your environment, really such a radical. Let's drop a level down to the behaviors now. Now you've been behaving a certain way based on what you think you should be doing or what you should be doing. You know that certain things give you results and certain things don't. Let's forget all that programming for right now.

But forget beliefs and behaviors about our behaviors based on that right now. Remove all behaviors. Relax, that we forget the ways that you think you can manipulate situations or get things done or whatever that is just really such as it is behaviors. Let's drop a level deeper now. Or the level of behaviors is the level of what is enjoyable, which is the level of feelings now the feelings are there. They feel really good and they manifest in the world really quickly.

Allow yourself To release your feelings at this point, release the feelings that you have in reaction to things, release the feelings that you think you're manufacturing this release. And drop a level deeper with me. Let's go through the level of thoughts of good and bad. Good and bad buy, which is a level of Let's release values. values were taught to us as well, you can use them to, it's not necessary that we keep that forever. It's just what was what was thought to be able to serve us through this experience.

But we can let that go for a little bit. Let's just live nice the values completely release all the things of what's good and what's not just let it go. Let's go a little more. A little more releases completely. Let's drop down to that level, under the values which is the level of beliefs, not the beliefs This is from the years of zero to Seven as I said, when your parents told you what was right and what was wrong, remember that's from their learning and their assessment of life. You can allow yourself to these times when I just let it go, let it go or release it a little more.

I continue to release. Now let's drop down a little deeper to the level of worldview. Now this is over your past lives Some people think of things like being in being witches or being hung and having all these different experiences and doing all these different things. Let's forget about this completely true. Let's just live in the present. That's what I go over all these will believe some things that our ancestors suffered and all of that stuff, just let it go.

We don't need to carry it out with us anymore. We can be free. I know that we've let all that go. We can breathe it in and drop straight into the light that is within there is a light in the center right now. Feel dark lines. See the cover all of that was completely unexpected from the center and continue to expand.

Let it continue to expand and build into it. Unlimited again to cover everything that you can experience within your mind. Let it cover it and purify it, wash it and make it clean. You make it clean by your will. Because you're where there's no united with the will of God which is within you. Let it expand and embrace it.

Just rest and embrace the goodness that is that's running through you know gently that you have access to reality that is that is you. That is everything that is right now. Allow yourself to come back into your body. To animate the body, the feet, move the hands on the shoulders. gently open your eyes and realize that you're here again. But now you're here with the knowledge of who you are and what you are right now and you're in your center.

If you want to stay in the center, everything will continue to run smoothly. As you realize layers start coming back on you can simply remove the layers just as before, but right now the general feeling of peace and love is there. Embrace it, and feel wonderful because you have achieved reaching your center. Apple wonderfully turned on
