One good day guys, this is Gabriel, Quinta collymore of absolute realization, coaching and healing. And you're in the art Angel certification course. This is module three, Section three, we're all even. And today's topic is aura and chakra cleansing and clearing, right? Again, sounds like a really mystical topic. But today is going to be really cool.
Actually, what we do in this is any blockages it's kind of like self Reiki, which is actually the only Reiki there is, but we'll get to that later as well. We're actually going to allow ourselves to clear out our chakras, right? Open up, open them up, right, allow ourselves to be open and to flow and to be one with everything that is at this point. And we're also going to learn how to see how to see or it, okay, in fact, I'll stop With CNRS because that's the easiest thing to start with. Okay. Now, if you you've heard people talk about auras, and auras are basically the field that is around the body that's visible to the human eye.
No, it's not visible as indirectly visible in the front. But if you are to soften your gaze, and allow yourself to see through the corners of your eye, like your, almost your peripheral vision, you'll actually start to notice that, and you should take the time to look and find the software yourself as well. But you'll actually start to see little lines around the image itself. Like if it was me, you'd probably see a liner on here, which is where it is right now. Coming down this way, right? So that thing that's around me is a field that the human eyes can just barely perceive.
Right? But if our eyes were actually stronger and tuned into that frequency, then we'd be seeing that all the time, right. So the eyes are tools but again, just Like our ears are only able to hear up to a certain range, our eyes can see up to a certain range. So therefore, we do not tend to recognize directly this but if we are to practice and to do work on it, our eyes are able to just pass the barrier that they need to like right now I can see my order around here, but that's through work, right. So we need to actually be able to, again, do the practice for that to occur. And the best way to start doing that is simply to look at your hand, you don't need another person, you can have another person if you want, but let's start with the hand because you have yourself right, you have your body.
So you can go ahead and put your hand up against the white wall, right or a highly colored wall for that matter. Go ahead and put your hand up to it. And in between the hand, you start looking and continue looking soften your gaze. You look at the back of your hand, right and you continue to look through the period For a vision to see if you can see a little blurry thing or a substance, you know, a hot day is how you see that level, we've read substance rising from cars, when the heat is rising, you might start to see little things like that around your head initially. And eventually it's going to advance until you start seeing actual colors and it'll be a haze. Eventually, you'll even see mist everywhere, because there is actually a mist that is physically present that connects everything.
And you'll get to see that too. I saw that as a result of my training. I had a discipline of getting up at roughly 6am every morning, not roughly 6am every morning, I want to be honest, I got up at 6am every morning for like, some years on end. And I would go out and practice my Qigong. And in my Qi Gong, I would be looking at the trees and practicing being able to see as well. And so I got to see a lot of these things, including many other amazing things, but I don't want to go too far here.
It's really incredible what we can see if we do put our minds to it. Right our minds are capable of doing it. thing. But for now, the main thing is getting to, to start to actually see this imagery around your hand, okay? And don't force it. Because coming actually take your time and just practice a little bit every day.
If you do a little bit every day just a little bit, it adds up, the cumulative effect is far greater than sitting down in one big goal and trying to go for it all out. You probably get frustrated if you do it all out on one goal and most people quit after that. So it's best that everyday you dedicate, let's say 15 minutes to just looking at your hand and seeing what you see. And it will advance I guarantee you it will advance once you keep doing it. Right. So that's basically being able to see auras.
Now let's talk about how we clear them because when you start to see them you'll see different colors you will see Gray's you will see pinks, you'll see red, you might see oranges, yellows, you might see Claire, some people are perfectly clear and it's like crystals, right? Some people have a multitude colors in their own color and rainbows. And we have many different colors that could show up for you blue. Also blue is people carrying lots of the Christ consciousness, they tend to carry blue. And you may see different things like holes and auras, you may see things like grey dough, brown ones. And you know sometimes when people are going through states of what we know as disease, which means they cut themselves off temporarily from source, their order starts deteriorating, right, and it has physical effects as well it comes down into the body and has those effects.
But the good parts about it is just with a quick switch, if we catch it, right, we can turn it all back around because the only thing that separates them from being in perfect health is the lack of the connection to the source to the Creator. And we can reestablish that just by having the discussion and helping them in mind or in our mind to elevate to that next level right and we can do that. He's that's what we're practicing to do continuously. So here we go. Let's start with the aura cleansing part of things. Okay, clearing and cleansing.
Now, again, we're going to stand nice and straight, and relax once again. And I'm going to run you through a quick activation to go through all the chakras really quickly. And we're going to open up and allow that to extend. That's the procedure that we're going through right now. So follow me on this and it should be quite easy, right? The quickest way, by the way to get your order clear if you really just want to have all this under wraps without having to go through these steps, right, is to share love.
If you share love, your aura is instantly clear because you're in a state of extension source has run through you and when sources run through you, and it's running through you right then you deliberately allow it to write, you deliberately surrender then it clears everything out immediately. So in that instant, it's not it doesn't have to be a long process. But in case you are a person who likes to go through the process and likes to learn new things and share new things, this is a great way to do it. So let's go through that, right. So we're starting here, we're relaxing again. And then your base, right, which is just below your pelvic area.
Right below. We like where your anus is down there. Right? I'd like you to go ahead, just below your anus that perennial perennial. Yes, that's where it is good down there, you know? Good.
All right, go ahead and picture a nice red ball down there, right, which is your root chakra. picture that in your mind, and you can do this with your eyes closed, but I'll go through with my eyes open so I can explain and be fully engaged. So you picture that nice red ball down there. Above that red ball, right at the pelvic girdle area. Go ahead and picture an orange ball right above that one, which is again, slightly above your navel. Go ahead and make a nice yellow ball.
Right, is your will shocker, have that yellow ball there. Now go above that at your heart region and do a nice green ball. Right all these colors should be nice and radiant colors that you love. That's what matters. What you love is what matters. So, after that green ball, go ahead and form a nice blue one to encompass your throat region.
Right, this encompasses Dallas too, and we will talk about that later on. It's the combination of Adam and Eve. But here we go. Continue to make that Lou, come up a level again. And do an indigo, a nice Indigo ball right there. Above the Indigo.
Go ahead and level and this is encompassing your crown now of violet bought a nice violet ball above that lovely color and two feet above that violet ball. I'd like you to put a nice white ball or light up there. Just let it settle up there. Now that white ball is really it's in an adjustment Please just like this magnificent white light energy that's clear not everything, anything it touches, just totally gets washed up with this white pure like a lotus white pure light to come down through your violet chakra, the top clarity of that seed cleanse, see cleanse that become white, clarified really nicely clarified vessel completely come down a level to your indigo, which is right at your third eye, running straight through, allow it to go straight through and clear out and this is turning white also run it down to your throat region and the white light is coming down powerfully moving through and cleansing are all color at this point.
Moving through moving through the blue, the blue washes often becomes white, and we go straight down into our yellow now our green sorry, we go down into the green, move the white light through that green all the way through, all the way through into the yellow. moving straight through the yellow, a lot of white like to continue to go straight through and I want to go straight through normally as you pass through that yellow go straight through through the orange, allow the orange declare. It's letting letting out and the white light is coming in. And then we go into the red, the last one, a lot of white light to come straight through and washed out red all the way out into the earth. Now you have a clear white vessel straight down your center. I'd like you to take that white vessel that's so clear and so peaceful.
Filled with that radiant energy. Allow it to slowly expand, expand, expand, expand, cover the limits of the body. Continue to expand past the limits of the body and continue to let it radiate. radiate, radiate and expand continue to radiate and expand. Allow it to grow to 50 feet allow it to go even further. Then that allowed to encompass everything that you can imagine.
Again, universes multiverses all that open it up, allow it to encompass everything. You're all encompassing. Continue and expand, expand and continue. Lovely. I keep breathing. Feel that love the expansion that's taking place.
Enjoy that expansion that's taking place. Breathe into that expansion that's taking place. be one with everything that's happening right there right now it is you embrace it. Continue to expand and be present here again. Recognize that you've just cleared your entire field in one go. And that's how easy it is for you to do an aura clearing whatever has to be repaired is instantly repaired by that white light It's not something you wait on, it just happened right there.
And then and it's done. It's perfect. It's complete. Right? So that's sort of cleansing and clearing right there. The point is that all the colors that you just went through, were the different separations that we have for our understanding and our relationship in this world.
Right? It is a world of color, and the light tends to separate into different spectrum, which is exactly what allows us to see the sky is blue and all these different colors that we see. But surely, they're all united in that one white bright light. And you are that one like right, like, embrace that fully know that fully and know that others what you see as others is exactly that same thing. There's nothing different to them. They're exactly that white light.
Also, they may show up as a different color physically, like me, I'm black, right, or what we call black, but does that really matter in the end, all of us are that spiritual energy that's expanding consistently and constantly everywhere in the universe. black, blue, green, Purple, who cares? All of it is exactly the same source, that lovely white light that's flowing through everything and blesses everything divinely. I appreciate you greatly.
