This short course is a series of classroom-based videos that explain why we have four main phases in a project. Each phase is part of the project timeframe and has a specific objective. Often referred to as a process simply because the "process" has a set of activities that are needed to achieve the objective. This process is still in a specific timeframe (phase).

The lifecycle shows the timeline of a project and in this course, you will note that there is a mixture of ways to develop/build the solution. All these videos are recorded in a live classroom delivered format, using a whiteboard "Chalk and Talk" approach.
