This course will provide a complete explanation of a project Lifecycle providing a good understanding of the need to step ourselves through projects. Step at a time also giving the business an opportunity to review and decide whether to continue.

The terminology used throughout is only to provide a title (header) for that specific topic so that the detail of that topic can be contained. The title can change because what is important is the detail linked to it. The “titles” have been kept reasonably generic to enable them to be replaced with whatever works for you and your organization. These videos are part of a complete project management course.
