Congratulation, welcome to the end of this course, I hope that you have learned some valuable tips about marketing, branding, customer service and sales. But before we end this course, I like to provide you an additional bonus we do to help you begin your entrepreneurship journey, and joy. In this video, I'm going to share with you some valuable information to help you validate. Do you have the right business mindset, and having a functional business model to help you build your business for long term sustainable and profitable so if you are a start up entrepreneur, do stay with us until the end, you'll find all this information very useful. So we're gonna discuss these two primary topics. In this we deal number one, your business mindset.

Second, your revenue model. So let's begin with the business mindset. Having the right business mindset is very important as an entrepreneur, because it defines the quality that who you are. So in this topic, we're gonna discuss three primary components, that whether you do have the right mindset as an entrepreneur, the first component that having the right mindset as an entrepreneur is to have in January, in January t here, meaning that I use someone who are constantly seeking new ways of doing things differently from your competitor, creating new value for your customer. So you always ask yourself this question, what can I do better to solve my target customer problem? So you're always trying to create a unique value proposition for your customer If you are an entrepreneur who are constantly seeking for new idea, creativity, solving your customer problem, then you can click and check out this box.

The second component is agility, agility, meaning having the ability to move quickly and flexibly. As an entrepreneur, we begin our business plan based on the field hypothesis. For example, we do some market research and survey that our findings show that our target audience are having x problem. And if we managed to create a y product, then our customer will willing to pay z amount of money to buy our product and services, which are able to solve the problem by all the above finding, mainly based on our assumption You do not know for sure if any of the above is hundred percent true until you test it on the market. Therefore, launching a minimum viable product MVP is the key MVP meaning that it is a simple alpha sample test product to test your hypotheses should they are valid. And from the feedback data you collect from your MVP, you should be flexible enough to make the necessary amendment to your product, even though some time on your business model.

The third component is being collaborative. When you start a business, you are just like a small fish swimming in a big pond. You have limited resources and sample money manpower now And even everything else. But in actual fact, you do not need to be good or have all of these resources on your hand. What you need to do actually is to have the willing willingness to cooperate, to collaborate with other people, companies that process all these resources that you need, only willing to work with other for a long term bigger gain, then only you can grow your company in a much faster pace. So here you are.
