Over 9 hours of video tennis lessons - how to teach the technical elements of the main tennis strokes: serve, return of serve, groundstrokes, volleys, overhead; transition to the net; footwork; consistency and placement; score tracking; match play rules.

Tennis tips for teaching beginning players

The program includes a special section with additional tips which coaches and tennis parents can use to improve the technical aspects of beginning player's technique.

Tennis drills for beginning players

  • Two tennis racquets: one for the coach, one for the student
  • Basket of at least 50 tennis balls (appropriate to the level of your student)
  • Optional: cones, hula-hoops to be used as targets or for various drills
