DESCRIPTION: This week we&rsquo;re going to leave the Social Assignments and instead have a daily ritual you need to complete alone each morning upon waking.
We&rsquo;re going to do a process popular with some American psychologists called &ldquo;Morning Pages.&rdquo; Maybe you heard of it already. Before going to sleep each night, you need to prepare 3 empty sheets of A4 paper and leave them by your bed, along with a pen. When you wake up, the first thing you should do, even before coffee, is to write down on these three sheets everything that comes into your mind.
It&rsquo;s important to do it freehand, not to use your laptop. It&rsquo;s also very important to not censor anything you write. Just let it come out as it is, warts and things you judge just as they are. You are not going to show this to anyone else, and not even read it back yourself. Its purpose is to allow some written catharsis each morning.
