DESCRIPTION: Okay, so this module we’re going to continue along our path of taking more risks in social communication. Don’t worry, there will be different tasks later on! But for now, we are going to take another step. Same principle as before, but different words.
As this module is working with expression, for the next seven days I would like you to focus on saying “I want.” and completing the sentence with something that expresses directly what you desire. Practice really putting out what you want. Make it clear. Do not beat about the bush. Own that feeling inside of having wants. Be real.
As before, do ensure you write your experience down in your notebook daily.
