Hello. So, my name is Manu Mitra I will be your instructor for JIRA Ziya soco. So this is regarding is for JIRA, actually. So he having some audio recording, I guess we can hide this. I'm using a different tool because I have like three to four classes. And Udemy actually rejected my class because there's a background noise.

So I'm using a different tool altogether to record it. So I hope this should be good. If not, I'd like to use a different video to learn from the sheriff's as well but I'm getting rejection on them. So all right, so we go back to hackers. We just have so How this geometry classes in Udemy you can says no, I will go to this video which I get try to be zero. Let's let's try to see what what is exactly.

So this is an introduction class. So I keep it short. You know, this is we go to this this web page and I'm giving you access to complete access for JIRA so that after you know, you finish this, you will be able to, you know, have this idea in you this recording and you can practice it. So it's where you are in obits, full practice. So basically, I'm trying to kill you for your practice so that you shouldn't you do not want to say that like, nobody should say that no models regarding is not good, not helpful. You know, I can give you the information.

But the point is you have to practice so those that isn't unmuting us all right. So let's go to introduction JIRA. Okay, so JIRA is defect tracking tool. I don't agree with them. JIRA is actually a test management tool. Why would I say that?

Because not only just defects, you can create user stories, you can create lists, we can recommend a waterfall methodology. You can work in a jar, you can do a lot of things in JIRA, basically So, I would say this as the defect tracking tool, but for introduction you know, you could take a test that no I have already Mr. Gates too much on that so IDs so you shoes Yeah, we got our issues always. So you know, look to use this issue try this, you know, use this PPT this PPT just for introduction and put it as a handout. Sorry. So I just put as a handout and you know, just have some idea on that. But So I'm just putting the author, the same author on Easter, I'm not changing anything.

Although there's some corrections to be made, I don't want to call and defector into, because it's a lot more than later we are also going to touch base on Confluence. So it's actually a SharePoint where you can share this ruler to work with that. So not today. Not not in this class, but we'll go We'll touch base on that too. Okay. And reporting and statistics.

Of course, we also touch base that to mean, plugins, plugins, plugins, they're in the JIRA, and you can use this. So yeah, this is kind of, you know, you have this database. And so we might wait a while for first and foremost, why do we use exactly why do we use JIRA here? So for the queue for QA, not this QA but empty. So here's this organization, right? You're having Have this architect people.

So there is a developer, the developer, they come in tester know do you have this architected then? Scrum Master and prime? Okay, Scrum Master economy giant in waterfall economies, project manager, then you have your boss, manager. And then there are a lot of people involved here and the application there is no client application. There is a JAVA script and there is a Java tool together isn't part of things going on. So as a QA, let's let's you know, have a QA, okay.

I'm a QA guy. I'm a tester. I'm an EDL tester. I'm a QA tester. I do all those things. So what I do is I open defects, so not as defects even if you are being a business analyst who I'll show you how to create user story.

All right. So it's not just for QA on them. A third developer works. So developer works in JIRA to MLS in JIRA, business analysts works in JIRA Scrum Master works in JIRA, your passwords and JIRA, Director of trade it was in JIRA, QA and dev development director works in JIRA, everyone who organization works nine to zero, okay, I'm just taking an example. If an organization using that year thinking it's not necessary, it should be done since this is a transfer gears, that's what I'm pointing is as the Gita so. So the point is, the point is, you can do a lot more things than what actually that is.

So here said a defect tracking tool. And if you had a better term rather than cash management tool, I happen to know that, but I take it as JIRA as a test management today. So enough of this introduction part of this BBT you know we just put the I just put that PPT so that you have this access to this okay so let's go to the action part of how what exactly is this job all right so when you just no more so we just haven't look here we know this is mugging okay. Know what we'll do is let's let's log out let's say I don't have profit now I really would just log out because I've been 19 for two years. This is not being so. No am I?

Now working on the book here is okay. Wow, did it land out okay. I don't care this. It's it's got Go up. And this is actually the URL where you want to put once you put that URL, this URL changes to its own. And here to ask for information, enter the email ID for now, okay?

So once I give you access, you have this email id This is my email id basically you can use this you know, this is for your practice, not for anything else. Okay? Just use it for practice because nobody has to tell you that you know, Amano didn't explain this class very good. It's not good class. You know, it's, I'm trying to give you access so that you can learn from it right. Go ahead and click on this once you put that now the password a you have this password.

They got this prefer you don't want to show the screens to this. Okay, so once you have this password, login into the password, Need Your girl? Okay, it's validate from the server. So this is the cloud access. Whatever you get in, you're getting the cloud access from this. Now in the real time is, this is nothing.

This is a joke. Here you have this a lot of user stories going on. So I'm super admin of this JIRA. So I can delete anyone's either to you or not. So, don't delete anything. So my recommendation is only for your practice.

Don't delete anything. Okay. This is for your understanding and practice. So right right. Tell somebody who does Kalyani Wow, so they knew so much and you know, they did so. So here let's let's go a little bit trying to, you know, get used to this user interface.

Here's the thing. JIRA, the chain like Third time's the charm. Cloud interface so this is a cloud, okay? Where you have access to this JIRA and you interface here So, okay, this is like the Team Read plenty of times no matter how many times to change no matter what happens my recording get outdated. I agree with that. But if you have access to you can still figure it out, okay?

But the concept remains similar, okay? Not same, because the, the moves of no dot here from to here and from here to there, they do nothing so, they're just not from the years and I've been using this for a long time. So okay, so let's get hold of this. You know, here this is good thing now. Here you have this option. That's how somebody put the name this you can edit the layout.

So however layout you want to be on this now it's not showing. Oh, this this looks good. But you have plenty of options for this and you can add gadgets and so not too much we are not interested in this technically but it is good to know good to know that too many options so the reason why is one of the reason you have this layout is let's say your boss gave you some work right your boss gave you some work and so we go to this what is class sadness our icons and all those things for your boss gave you some work, but the boss number two were you that you know, they gave you work? No. Okay, so you have to figure it out yourself. Now this is good to see you see this assigned to me.

Now this shows right in front of your face. You know when you see this, you know if I don't want I can remove this Maybe I don't want great hair again. But this is good. I don't want introduction of zero meat, I'm sure. So anyway, this is good. This layout is good.

And, um, so here if you're working on some project and your boss is saying something, and the boss never does know, be careful. Your boss never says that they're saying something. There's nothing wrong. They don't want to say or, you know, they want to figure it, they want you to figure it out. And so that's good. So here, you can look it out.

See what is a priority? I think this Yeah, this shows the priority. And you can see right here, so that is a reason one of the reason to have this layout. Right? And I'm not sure how to get rid of this Corleone not sure somebody put the name there, actually. So um, so that's the day and you can add more gadgets here.

The students kind of screaming demon in order, there's no options. Okay? So that's about me out. Okay, you want to know how to handle option you can do that. Let's see if I'm trying to edit my dashboard. So here is See, this is how this name came here so stupid.

So I know what let's let's Can I delete this dashboard. I'm not sure this is too much of you'd say, Jim, that this is better. This is good. Somebody put their name there's not nothing wrong you can do that same but don't just make sure you remain is before as it so I want to I want to move back here in order to handle In this instance, let's edit dashboard we just edited. So here this is activity stream. Let's try to edit it.

Minimize minimize this minimize button but I can create my own dashboard here. Stephens queued up completely now. Okay. Now let's create my own dashboard here. So know what we just put its system dashboard and we just put a system dashboard, not my name and now she's just in production and no one is trying to create dashboards here. Okay, great.

So A system dashboard. And I can, here you go, I've got these options here. So what I want to do here is I want to drag it, this is here and drag and maximize it. So just looks good. And, you know, so the service assigned to me looks good for me. I can minimize it.

But the other team has gone completely somewhere. But okay, so my distorted birthing is my thing is really bad. Okay, so just put it here, arms looks good. Now this looks good for me. Whenever my boss is saying something I could see right here. I don't want this introduction on Unless you want to know keywords or some production technically, if you want to go ahead and you know this should be low priority, this should be in hybrid and the activity stream this is very important to shows what requirements have changed and what is going on here.

You know you can see it here right here in you can go ahead and click here and see what's going on. So this is about dashboard from suit nothing. I mean, you might have access for this sometimes you might not, right, trust me, you might. So the different access levels we didn't talk about this too. We have this access levels. QA has a different access level developer has a different access level.

In admin, the super admin does something guys JIRA super admin, so and super admin of this JIRA, okay, now I don't mess around I can create users, I can delete users, I can create whatever works I have to do. So that's super admin. We're not going to worry about it here we are trying to understand what's how to use this to batch. Right. Right. And then you have this, you know, kind of crumble master project manager, they have a different access altogether.

The Evo admin access developer has admin access, Scrum Master and your managers have more admin access, they can read more, but technically use you can also have this access to this dashboard. Nobody hires King, admin or strict this dashboard access, because this is for your convenience your boss gave you work, you have to figure it out yourself. All right. This is too much on dashboard. All right. If you have any questions you can either email me if you know if I don't think you have any integration Because I'm giving you right away the access for this tool, you can go ahead and look into this.

So, okay, so, so we will try to navigate here so you can do this thing here. Okay? Just give me some hints here. You can minimize and maximize here. All right. Great if my children are enough Okay, so that's what that was about dashboard.

What's good about projects? Let's start to see so I'm going to show you in this class whole class will be just introduction on JIRA, we go in detail, not sure how many classes will to take but we will try to figure it out. Now how do we know do this so these are the projects know why these two projects these two projects are highlighted. Now Actually, I created two project actually wanted to waterfall it was completely different. The other is a giant where you have the sprint and No support. I hope you understand the spring thing and a lot backlogs and all that.

If not, maybe I'll take a different class and add input on Udemy and news and things like that. But for now, we'll just try to understand this one. So, um, so you have created a lot of projects are not good. But in real time, of course, you'd have more than more than this more than what actually is and only two users you can see. Because, you know, I'm the super admin, I know how to assign, assign, right? So the reason only two users here, but if there are multiple users, because you have the developer, you have testers, you have architect, web developer, Java, developer, HTML, and a lot more people will be watching that actually know early so we know you can create project Whoa first of all the Korean machine how interesting so it means so much to content development, okay.

So I have actually already created projects you don't need to we don't create projects. Normally, projects are created by project manager maybe you know, hopefully will lead right projects are created by project manager. So as a tester or as a developer, a developer don't even have this access to this so on scrum master will have this access and they can create manage Nevertheless, we already have projects here these are all palette, a lot of projects have been created, maybe delete filter. So but mine is to project you can see here right does two projects actually, one was a child and the other was waterfowl. But since the migrate Shouldn't be these guys change everything. JIRA guys in the board became the Agile projects.

So, sorry. Okay, so that was about two projects or less qubits. We go in detail actually. Okay. This is just for introduction. Okay, we will start first in business analyst and then we go as a tester.

Maybe you take like five classes, maybe I will not exceed more than five. But we'll see. Let's try to see how we can do this. Okay. All right. Um, so these issues, no issues are very binary.

So you can see my open issues, but you don't know exactly what issue you're working on. Unless you know which project you're working on. You have to see is proud of you. So this is almost meaningless if you don't know which project issue you are working on. This is a project and the key. So Dino works a little different.

For every project, there is a key assigned at Te FF, okay, or I'll add ff 21 if TT ff 33 or something like that. So this is the project key. Okay? So that's how you know you can assigned. I'm sorry, you can look to this issues. And it has, how many issues your report reported, okay.

I will go to the status and we'll be going beginning to this but this this is just for your for viewing actually, just we're trying to see this is there's nothing to it at this point of time. You have nothing to do with this. But we go through this actually in detail. So these are the list of all issues and you can go to open issues. See this if there are no open issues. Who is the assignee reporter was a status and power houses resolution who created it?

From sorry, when was created when was updated and due date our due date in our updated here but should be there Alright, so then go to Dan issue that means it's closed that means when the issue is open it goes to developer developer fixes this goes again tester has to go back see that it's fixed again retail state and then if it is good then it is close. So then if this that issues gets removed from that user story and I'm in user stories, the requirements in waterfall you call a requirement in a giant equalities. So okay backdraft you know, here you also have some something called backlog So, okay. So, another third done issues, these are issues which are completed, when was it opened, when was he completed and do they know when was it was due, so all these things, so can A lot of things are you can create your own filters to here in our, you can create your filter, search for issue.

And you can create your own filter basically. So we'll not worry these are all issues, will we not we don't want issues in district So okay, go back here, go back to our dashboards. Okay, this looks good. This dashboard looks good for me. So this is good. Okay, so we went to projects, these are the projects what we know we have and we went to issues what are the issues but you have to know which project you're working on before going to the issues.

Right. And let's see warranties, this know this. Gina has one beautiful thing which you can do this is but but it depends on the access level or if you're a scrum master if you're a developer or a tester On a theory lead or there's a different access for everyone, it's a different access. All right. Now, whatever when you want to create your to create user story, and so you want to create a requirement user story, you want to create a different you want to create a feature you want to create what, whatever you want to do. There's one single button here, click this plus icon.

This different This is different from rally software. Maybe I will go to Valley and see if you know if we can see if we can or have some idea on that one too. But right now, we're talking about this JIRA so we can buy this JIRA. Alright, so here, okay, now this is an issue. So project could really create an issue this palette is important. So which product does it belongs to?

Right? And then what is the issue type? Is it an improvement task, new feature bug, isn't it? It says a bug, this question mark two. All right. So this is this has information to worry about this year improvement past feature epic.

Not sure nobody uses a big but there's an option to you can use this No Actually you see over here, the developer, you won't have all this feature, you might have new future or pass in improvement. But as a bug, as a developer, you're not supposed to create a bug. So this option is the word up. If you're working as a tester, you might have this pass maybe a pig as a tester, you're not going to create a new feature. So this option is rolled out. two options will not be there if you're a tester.

Now, if you're a scrum master, then you have this option. All of these options are available for you but you're not using any option because Scrum Master is doesn't worry about all these things. So we try to create this and see, but we'll try to see as a business analyst perspective and try to create a requirement I have this website. Let's try to see this website if this works. I don't know this is a website the mood board man. We are pretty good.

So, this is a web application where I will I will be creating a requirement for this not now not in this class, just trying to give you a heads up in the you know, we try to create a requirement and see this requirement and just see how it is not now but just a heads up. So, so this option below you have this kind of option. Let's see what happens. This is kind of homepage, you're going to homepage. This is this is two Make it a favorite dislike this is his favorite first put a system dashboard that looks better than putting a human's name that doesn't look good okay unless it's your you know if you're on your own answers you can put your name sir You can search you can search for issues if you know what you are trying to search Are you searching the issues?

Are you searching the projects? Are you searching the bolts if it is in adjoining right you will be searching whatever people search for people. We will yes of course we want to search for people if you are um you know if you are a tester and you want to assign a defect to particular developer then you want to search for people. That's what it is for now. Okay, good. We just go to home.

Okay, so that's about this junction here. And this seeming bell icon is notification. I think this is how notification of new, new, they're updated this cloud system they updated. They went updates, like, every month I use every month. You know, Windows Update. I think gets I get Meteor big.

And I'm, you know what, for each and update, there is a bug. And for every bug, my system reacts everything every day differently. So, hopefully, you know, when I record my games, the fact that I'm so lucky and unlucky. I'm lucky in that otherwise, sometimes my audio doesn't work or sometimes that's too many updates, but they don't do proper testing. So that so so this is the notification if you get any notification. Like they have upgraded the system now.

Okay, thanks. Freddie can be one that and who want help help of course get you can get a lot of help your policies don't from us about JIRA and if you want to buy great goals you can do that in community in another six schools which okay so it's a you know you have this project this is army I created these two projects one was for I died and on foot four or five but I distinct turns around both became a giant at one point of time So, okay, now we'll talk about these complaints, I think in the last class conflict. So what exactly is this so they have integrated this thing into this? What exactly is this Confluence is all about and when is a SharePoint. Right? Let's say you have created test cases, test cases in PHP.

Now realistically, you have this test plan document architect created has some creative some mapping document or also any other document which is not related to test robot ba or architect guy. So some guys have created it. And they have put it somewhere right? That's where they put it here Confluence. So we so there's an options here, activity, your workspaces. Let's go back.

This was a little complex. Before let's see here, industrial complex for me, I get this recompensate so I can create so you cannot create space as a tester. I don't think even if you're a developer, you can create space. This should be get. You have to get access for this in this class and for you You will be having access for this so you can create your own space, no big deal. But when you're working in the real time, you're not allowed to create a piece you have to raise the request to get the space for your project or Moodle for particular and and your boss has to approve it without approval that doesn't get to your boss or rejects me that doesn't have to come that eight that comes in that level and you're in trouble.

It should not be your boss and you have to be in same page. Why are you creating a space will be the question. Okay. So, um, yeah, for testers, you don't require this because it's already there. If you're not you have to check with your lead lead will be in coordination with the guild boss, your manager. So that will you know, that will be if you want to Get space you know you can check with your lead and you know you can create.

Alright, so let's see here Oh, I don't have any spaces Okay, so here if you have side spaces let's see here now if I go there in find out so there's nothing to do with this Don't worry about it at this time as I thought this is again the same I know why these guys are here in my team these are the guys are not gonna show where they're not showing up. Okay, they can be Mighty No. Okay, so um, I got this. So, this is this one. Nope, nope, nope, nope. Okay.

Now, here this is a space okay. Nope, not this. Okay. This is a space. All right. This will be a little bit complex.

I know it's hard, but I will repeat this when we are in the space or when we are in talking about this Confluence. So this is completely different from JIRA. This is really not a JIRA. It's a confluence, but they haven't integrated that Confluence into the JIRA. So it's good right? You can use two things in one in one right so the high so here let's go to pages Actually, we have dish reasons I wanted to see where is my partner lately?

No, oh, okay. You try this and see what is this. These guys have shown up again, So here you have this option right let's go with this option actually edition log and maybe decisions for a business analyst actually prices and this is what my project okay so this is the space where you can put your test plan document test no strategy document or whatever documents What is this what is this a Facebook they have this like option here I don't know why these people want to make it like everything is physical existence just so many other companies everything they try to make it as a Facebook they won't do LinkedIn make it a Facebook this I truly right now I'm a member of it. And they have this it collaborate. Okay, and then we'll try to make it as a physical disguise. Like I don't know why this Like is there here?

I think this is a Facebook. Okay, nevermind. Um, so this option where you can drag your files, or you can browse it and put the files whatever to find to have, okay? And then you can correct me here you don't, you don't have the you cannot create here. And if you mistakenly want to delete it you cannot delete here if you see here, there's no delete option. The only way to delete it is to send a request or to delete it, which has to be approved by your manager, that's your boss in here on a super admin, so if you want something to delete, just send me a request.

Now I will delete it. So but, you know, in real time you have to send in requests, meeting notes where you can you know, business analysts actually takes meeting notes production requirements. What are the product requirements? And Confluence for Qa? We know that's good, this is free, but are still felicitous is really very confusing for me. I wanted to go to the place I'm supposed to be my face it this is supposed to be the list in the for some reason I was thinking back to this okay.

So, these are the products and the issues. So, this is basically a introduction for this So, we go back to JIRA incident. So far what we are trying to do, or we were trying to get some idea what is this JIRA is all about. So, since we have access See, I have access to Confluence. So that is the reason I was able to access Explain you all this okay? If you don't have access to Confluence this This option will never show up okay.

And now this will never show up since for this is for your practice and this will have been included in your practice. So, this you will have this option okay then you have this option if you click on this profile and this option settings save for later past profile and all those tough cases and feedback from not worried about feedback I go back to So, this is my you know, for back to this you know, go back to my JIRA. So this is about overall JIRA included few functionalities. So we'll go in detail in depth starting from projects will try to please projects, know you can go out here and it's not helpful. Sometimes you it will be useful for people who are working in larger projects this might be for sorry, from Scrum Master who wants to just see the product and see the project and you know, we can see that.

But for me, I'm not sure just how it flew. So this is a again, if you have any questions in a way that you can go ahead and see this documentation. And you know, you can see this all these things will be there, you'll actually be able to see about God or believe this License Agreement show Go ahead, damage License Agreement, so you can read this License Agreement and not worry too much. This License Agreement, but that's you also have this option. So somebody asked you what what are you know, what is the version which you use for JIRA, then maybe this version will be included right here. v 19.

This is the version de vie ec 931816. Maybe not, again, you have this desktop application 3.3 dot zero. Okay, for the channel for this stuff. So that's tomorrow. And of course, when you have any questions, you can go ahead and go in and see here, what's new. This is cloud, actually, you know, whatever you're working is into non cloud.

So they have this blog. Again, they are working in component. So you can go ahead and make a lot of changes from So I'm using this from 1017 I don't know I think before 2015 I started this classes thing actually. But I was in the tester industry and to enlist in and as to do both bar since 2015, who started this. So I think this thing started in 2016. And they have made a lot more changes a lot of things in cc here in this and this is not free minute.

This is not free. I'm giving you access for you for your practice. Don't misuse it. Because this is not free. Okay? JIRA is not free, you have to pay for it.

Okay. I think for nonprofit organization, if you have any nonprofit like.edu or dot orgy or something like that, then maybe you might get some consideration I think needed even they have to pay that bird mind because this is not free okay? So if you're getting this access it's a privilege don't misuse it okay so that so you know you have to remember that since this is for everyone a lot of people from different countries will be accessing it because I have this Udemy with a lot of people actually access the like I guess 30 people are already you know, used it so I just wanted to lose a lot of people from different countries from United States from Canada or from Ireland know from all of the all over the country so steadily reason don't want to misuse it because you want to make it easy for One night, if you screw up, someone else will have trouble.

They're working on it. You don't want to do that. Okay, so this is pretty much we closed this in our class deserves an introduction for JIRA, in the bottles, but a will fish pay attention to the next class actually, when we try to create scenarios we'll try to create First we'll try to create things. So first, we have to create a project. Let's try to create a project. I don't think he create project here, but let's try to see here.

So, um, you know, we could navigate here, this was my project, which I created. And this is what this is a giant project because you'd have seen none of these here. So we go to this mining, extracted to profit I hate TT FF and this is water from internachi. That's all I can say. Okay, great. So, you know we work we have this two projects, which is win Waterford.

Now how can you say that we found out about this in different class, but I don't think I'm going to create a project because you already have two projects. One is this one get I get a ballot to Super admin and then I will get to that. I will do that and create a project in but right now is how many projects that is getting confused. But yes, as a result I do you will have a lot of projects that will be going on and a lot of things will be happening here. So Two projects one is waterfall methodology how do we use it and one is for HR methodology. So we go into that in detail.

This is what fun this is. So this is agile because you can see here this is more, this is kind of both Okay, we just go in detail on this we just not worry in this introduction class. So that's pretty much I will close this class. No, because maybe under fashion this because a lot of people say that I'm fast. But I'm being slower actually not No, because I used to be fast because there was deadlines, to meet deadlines and have to compete Geeta, I have to complete HP lm. We looked at grid application lifecycle model.

And then after complete rally, then have to show them how to open defects. And so as a lot of this, this kind of thing, so two weeks of timeline and yeah to complete it so as to be very fast. So a lot of complaints that I was very fast but not now. I mean, I don't know. Okay, yeah, we will also create a scalar stew that is a separate thing altogether as a tester, we will be creating this cases. Okay.

And, but we will, you know, we will go slowly, actually, we'll just to go slowly. This was just for you. You know, how does this look and feel? So, this class was basically for the look and feel and the various buttons for you to look at it. Okay, so this button does this. This one does that dashboard is this then if you run out For something in order to go back to your homepage, you can go back to the homepage here.

This is the homepage. And if you want various application, so there will be an application to help desk there's also a test where you can create a test which goes directly to the JIRA community. And they will find us We don't need that. So I, I blocked that in Super admin layout, so you will not find it here. So the two things we're going to be discussing here, so JIRA and as well as the confluence Confluence will be the last you know, and we you know, we can create our own dashboard that just don't delete my dashboard. People do not shed our core national issue This will ensure this for what Facebook, okay.

You can have this option They can all just find dashboards I don't know why everywhere will find the dashboard. Okay, great. So today I go on a system not doing a decoder who uses donor donor of the dashboard here of course. If you're not sure what to do, go ahead and click on this home button which is located here, right, left corner, left upper corner, and then go back to your home page to the dashboard. I like this dashboard. It's not necessary at night you can hide this Can I just do you can hide everything actually.

If you weren't clean, nice and clean, we can do this. But for me, I will be nice rich Some bugs I guess, okay. So I have to keep on distorting this for every small thing. So so that's pretty much about this introduction. So this is an introduction to show you the JIRA innovation radius. So various points of view and we'll continue this class and we'll try to start a class as a you know, forces of business and how to create a requirement.

Okay. Since we have a lot of access, here we go this really accessible but as a test if you're as a tester, let's say you want to work as a tester. You won't have access to business analyst. Okay. Now let's say you want to buy a business analyst, our product owner in a journey called the product owner, same thing, different terminology. Business English in Waterford with Dougie is called product owner in a giant.

So don't get confused with my terminology, I might use a lot of things probably did a confusion for you. But later gets, everything gets resolved once you go through my process because it gets more and more in detail. Okay, so if you're going as a product owner, then you don't have access to a tester. If you're working as a developer, you won't have access for product owner, as well as testing him as access. These are various access levels. Now, how does it matter?

That's a really good question. If somebody in the class would have asked this question, how does it matter? That's a good question. That it matters when you actually create something here. You cannot create a bug when your developers pose. You can I have seen people who can create bugs, who is the who was in real, then if there is no tester definitely But it's not a good thing.

It's not a good idea to a new feature This is done by improvement a new feature is done by this product owner. So we will, you know, wrap up this class for just as an introduction class and we will continue with this. I hope this dashboard remains here. hope nobody changes because not all people have access to the same things happen. Until then, I hope you like this class in you know, we'll see you into the next class. Thanks for watching.
