DESCRIPTION: I recognize that I am about to give you a lot to do for both optimizing today and preparing for delivery. It&rsquo;s easy for me to tell you to do all these things but extremely difficult to actually do them while still meeting the required duties of your day so I want to outline a possible version of how to incorporate all of this into your life. Every time you pee, practice breathing down into your pelvic floor to relax.
Every time you poop, practice either an open glottis push or Valsalva. You can also practice engaging the lats by putting your hands under your thighs and pulling them up toward you.
