DESCRIPTION: There are a lot of aches and pains that come with pregnancy but sometimes there are things to do about them to either manage your symptoms or actually improve them. I am going to review a handful of common pains as well as a few things to do about them. If the information given here does not change your symptoms, please go see a pelvic physical therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, or massage therapist. Having pain or symptom during pregnancy indicates a vulnerability of the system and it's best to start doing something about it sooner than later.
For upper body pain, many will experience neck, shoulder, or mid-back pain and/or thoracic outlet syndrome. I am going to quickly review what to do for each of them. The pdf is available for reference so don&rsquo;t feel like you need to take notes.
