Enjoyable activity: As far as longevity and health go, exercise is exercise so please do whatever form you know you'll consistently do, whether it is walking, running, swimming, weights, sports, etc. One note, however, different forms of exercise will produce different results. Your body changes to suit your environment, so make sure you choose something that will help get to the body you'd like to have


Make an appointment: If your time is blocked off, you'll be much more likely to follow through on exercising


Partner up: Friends keep us accountable and accountability helps us stay on track. You can also use it as a time to catch up with a friend which is good for stress levels and feelings of safety in life


Start small. If you're just beginning or getting back into it, start off with something manageable like exercising twice a week. After that feels comfortable, add another day. Let exercise become a part of your routine...
