DESCRIPTION:
Tips for fasting:

Improvise if you need to: We're having you start slow and ease into this program but you may need to start even slower. Don't be afraid to add in a day or two of your old eating schedule. You may have to extend the program a week but that's ok. So for example, if you're finding the first week too challenging go ahead eat what used to be your normal schedule for two weekdays, and do the fasting schedule the other 3 days. Then the following week start what was supposed to week 1.

Don't force it if feel you bad: If you're very hungry and lethargic go ahead and eat. Don't force your way through real pain, you can always try again tomorrow. That being said if it's just normal or mild hunger, absolutely try and wait it out. Remember hunger is a hormonal response and has very little to do with the actual amount of fuel your body needs.

Switching takes time: It usually takes 2-4 weeks before your body adapts to new hormonal hunger patterns. Give it at least that...
