Simple rules to follow:


Two mediums for learning: Each chapter will have a written portion and a video portion that will cover almost the exact same material. Please feel free to learn through whichever of those mediums is best for you. Maybe even try using both, so you can really retain as much as possible.


Option to dive deeper: This course will be centered around how we lose weight, but after every chapter, there will be a shortlist of all the other benefits you'll be achieved by losing weight in this way. We would suggest doing a little bit of self-educating on any of the items that you feel pertain to your life. It will help you lock in the life changes you're going for.


Breathwork: After each segment of the curriculum, we will ask you to take a moment to practice a simple deeper breathing technique.
