If you are in any position to teach others, it is important to understand how learners learn, what research-based practices are best to implement and why, and then write a statement that clearly illustrates what you believe so that you can confidently enter into a teaching position.
Use the attached "workbook" to follow along as you go through the course, ending with your final project: a philosophy statement you can confidently add to your portfolio.

Write 10 key pedagogical principles
A rough draft philosophy statement using the "I believe... therefore I will..." format
