Changing industries, changes the way we work. So that leads to more decisions. We need to be more creative today that we had to be 20 years ago. We need to take stronger decisions today than what we had to do 40 years ago, but we also need to implement projects and and there's enough research which says that the amount of money projects that we will carry out through our lives is going to increase. You can probably relate to this when you think about the amount of projects, the number of projects that you were doing five years ago, I can bet that today you have more projects than five years ago. Actually, there's a very recent research from Accenture, which says that about 79% of executives agree that the workforce of the future will be structured more by projects than by job functions.

Recently, I was talking to somebody working in IBM in talent management, and she was telling me, listen very soon in IBM, we're not going to have job descriptions. We're going to have project descriptions because we are starting to work more project based. So I believe that if you look at your future, if you look at what you want to do, project will be at the center stage. And, and that's the context. That's the purpose of the program to give you this tools, mindset example so that you can excel in this new project driven world.
