DESCRIPTION: Training
Proper training of the staff that deals with cultural objects allow for better care and so better preservation of the collections. Preventive conservation training should be accessible not only to conservators or individual owners but to all staff (employees or volunteers, from cleaning staff to every other department staff) who deal with cultural goods. Everyone should be made aware of the responsibility of proper conduct within the spaces surrounding or keeping heritage. Raising awareness and providing proper training will ensure better conservation and performance of the due tasks.
Equipment maintenance
All equipment should be regularly checked in order to more easily detect malfunctions that may pose risks to the objects. During this inspection, we should observe all instruments relating to:

Security (alarms, security cameras, fire extinguishers);
Environmental monitoring (light, pollutants, temperature, and relative humidity);
