In this module, you will review your life story to find out answers to why you are where you are in regards to your health. It is an insight into the root causes of your health concerns. You will learn what health is on a cellular level; get an idea of the main “ingredients” for vibrant health and the basics of healthy nutrition. You will learn the importance of a healthy gut as a core for a healthy body. At the end of this module, you will create your own healthy diet that will work for you.
