Here I want to just give you a kind of a wrap up of all the training chapters, the main messages, the main takeaways that you should have and should keep caring, studying or developing to one, chapter one we had empathy. And these are the main points. It's about them first, putting yourself on their shoes. So feel free to take a look at all these points. Note down those that that you're not really optimal out yet and keep developing them further. And again, this is not the end of the road and as in any other role or activity, you will evolve along the way.

Don't expect that. You are 100%. Now what you will be 100% in one year Time, this is this is a marathon, not 500 meters around. On second chapter we have the relationship building and building foundations for the future, being honest and true. Being honest, tense and trustworthy, is very, very crucial for you to succeed and to maintain your customer portfolio to attract new customers. So go through this list again, check where you have gaps, try to close them, try to find out more.
