Welcome back. In this lecture, we will discuss the OE or options questions for the growth coaching process. When you complete this lecture, you will understand what questions you need to ask yourself to find options to reaching your goal. So, options, what choices do you have to change your reality and reach your goal? What alternatives are there available? generating options is a creative process that is stimulated by asking the right kinds of open ended questions to suspend all judgment and self criticism.
And that's the key in this process is you have to be willing to put down all options regardless of whether you think you can do them or you know, other people have told you you can't. So by maintaining interest and by challenging yourself, just When you think you cannot come up with another idea, you will keep on challenging yourself write down as many answers to each of the option questions as possible. So, here are some option questions that you can ask yourself. What could I do to move myself one step forward to achieving my goal? What are all the different ways I could approach this problem? What else could I do?
What if I knew that I couldn't fail? What would I do? If I can think of three more things? What would they be? What else could I do? What else?
Anything else? What next? What could be the first step who might be able to help me? What would happen if I did nothing? What has worked for me already? How could I do more?
Have that and what do I suggest? What would I suggest to a friend or colleague in a similar similar situation? So these are just some of the questions that you can ask yourself in the Options section. In this section we've discussed the O or option questions of the growth coaching model.
