What is your purpose in life? Why were you born? Why are you on Earth? Have you ever given thought to any of those questions? It would sure be nice if our birth certificate told us exactly why we were put on this Earth. Either fortunately or unfortunately, our birth certificate does not specifically tell us why we were born into this world. Trying to understand our purpose is one of life's greatest and most elusive challenges. However, it is critical to at least try to decipher why we are here on this earth. Having some understanding of your life's purpose is so important. After all, when we have careers that are not in alignment with our life's purpose, life becomes much more of a struggle. Just like tires on a car have to be in perfect alignment, in order for the car to operate at peak efficiency, so, too, does your career. In order for you to perform at your best, it is important to be doing something that is in alignment with your purpose.
