DESCRIPTION:

To be happy you need the right ingredients.
It is one thing to identify that you want to be an architect, a nurse, an engineer, a computer analyst, a teacher, or a salesperson, but where do you want to work? How would you define your ideal employer? If you choose to be a customer service manager, there are literally hundreds of thousands of companies you could target. But which companies would actually interest you? There are hundreds of possible traits that may be important to you. Now, this is the time to begin identifying those traits that are most important, in order for you to be happy where you work.

Often people are not happy with their jobs, not because they dislike their jobs, but because they don’t like their employers. Working for a company you are proud of and one where you fit into the corporate culture can be just as important, if not more so, than the job itself.
What do you look for in an ideal employer?

This is the time to brainstorm about your ideal...
