The second Learning Module offered in this curriculum is Building Your Confidence. A building is only as solid and strong as its foundation. When a structure is built on a flimsy foundation, there is a very high probability that the building will eventually collapse. When approaching your job search, there exists a foundation that will either determine your success or failure. That foundation is your confidence. Confidence is highly correlated to your attitude and mental frame of mind. When you believe in you and in your ability to succeed, you can achieve success beyond your wildest dreams. Just like a bodybuilder needs to regularly exercise to maintain peak conditioning, so, too, does the job seeker. There are exercises you can do each day that will build your confidence and maintain a positive attitude.
