DESCRIPTION: During my career I exchanged high level positions in large corporate multinationals with my own personal entrepreneurship. My International Business Studies at the Nyenrode Business University had provided me with a lot of theory and ego but the reality of my business ventures presented the real and harsh university of life. I bounced from failure to success and back to failure. I received the `best business idea of the year` award in Spain and was national "entrepreneur of the year". These titles should be sufficient for lasting success but they are not. They are the interpretation of local national media of the values that they percieve as extraordinary and decide to publish about it. This is great free publicity but it also puts a lot of pressure on the business. So much pressure that it is difficult to sustain it. Often successful start ups are not very much supported by financial institutions. They may be of interest of venture capitalists but these demand a tremendous share...
