"Team 50" is a fun rally game in which 2 players (or 4) have to hit 50 balls over the net in less than (depending on the skill level)... five minutes. But there is a catch: for every ball, they hit in the net they lose 5 points; for a ball sent outside the lines, they lose 3 points.
This game teaches players how to be focused and consistent under pressure - it prepares them for the stress of tournaments.
