DESCRIPTION: 
This is a drill that should be performed during the lesson, or at the end of it, when the players are already warmed up - leg strength, dynamic balance.
There are two cones placed about 12 feet apart, on the baseline, each holding a ball on top. The player must hop (on one foot) facing the net (sideways) from one cone to the other and replace the balls from one cone to the other.​Do this exercise with both feet.
