DESCRIPTION: 
Caterpillar is one of the most loved footwork drills by beginning players - quick change of direction, fast feet.
The players line up behind the baseline; the coach is at the net, facing the players and having a bunch of balls ready.
The coach will roll the balls, one by one, towards the baseline, side to side, while the kids will move so that the ball will pass between their feet. 
If there is a group of players, the one that touches the ball with the foot will go to the end of the line (where most of the work is done).
