Download your Food Journal ("Week 1 Food Journal") to use this week and watch the video on How To Fill Out a Food Journal - Demonstration. You will be tracking a lot of little details, keeping track in real-time is better than trying to recreate at the end of the day. The more detailed your tracking, the better you can assess your situation. 
Keeping a food journal is a powerful tool and you will get the biggest benefit by using it in real-time. As challenging as it is to keep a food journal, it gives us insight into our habits that can be used to improve them to serve us better.
