They include:

Security including safe territory to develop and work in

Autonomy and control
The need for a close connection to a wider community
A degree of social status within the group
A degree of privacy to reflect and think and share intimacies
The need for a challenge, achievement, and a feeling of competence
Some sort of meaning in life
Regularity of routine
