Alright, friends. So in the next phase, we will learn how to start using the breath to kind of go deeper within. Like in the other chapter, we have learned how to influence our breath, set to influence also the other systems in the body and the physical level. But now learning how to start using the breath to really go deeply within and to bring a state of meditation within. And this is more undefined level, right? And this is not so much anymore how strong you can breathe, but it's more and more learning how to breed very subtle, very calm that with full attention.

And this will really help to make the mind sharp and focused and very clear state of awareness, in which it becomes very easy to meditate. Do we, the slow practice is for some of us maybe even harder than doing strong practice, right? Because it's harder to keep the mind calm to keep the mind still, but that's exactly what we're training here, right? It's filling in calming the mind and bringing full focused and awareness into our lives. So, for some of us, we might feel like we want to do strong practice and we want to sweat and we want to bring the heart beating up and everything, but it's more and more about slowing down about calming down, because then the mind becomes more fine. And we become aware of the more finer levels of our being, and also more finer levels of this reality.

Right. So going from the will to become strong and flexible and powerful, and who could me to becoming just a humble observer of this life And this part is for a lot of us a very hard thing to do. Because you rather have the full power and being able to control everything, instead of also sometimes be able to let go and let the and if we can start to have a fine balance in sometimes really choosing and influencing and creating some things in our life, but also sometimes letting go and let life happen as it comes and goes right and being that kind of like I said before, that just an observer, humble observer and kind of accepting more life also. Otherwise life can become a very frustrating experience for some of us. And that ego starts to build up more that ego look at me and wanting to control and everything.

And then what happens when people around us maybe get sick or if we get sick or if people die or things happen, the wave that we don't like this Our own facts of life as well. So learning to also be able to accept and let go, and for other parts also to change into influence where we can influence in a good way. Okay? So that's why we're going to go now into the finer, subtler levels of breathing, in which we become able to let go and observe and to realize a higher self that runs through us.
