The following breathing exercise is three step breathing, in which we make use of the full lung capacity and open up three parts of the respiratory system to become able to breathe deeply and fully. what's called yogic breathing. Come into a comfortable sitting position. Whether it is on a chair on your knees, cross leg as long as you can sit comfortable with the spine nice and straight. Take a couple of relax breaths. Relax the face, to shoulder, shoulders, arms Please, both hands on the belly.

Exhale completely. You feel your belly, pulling into the body. Inhale into the belly so that you can feel the belly pushing out against the hands. Breathing out again, emptying the body, emptying the belly. Breathing in like a balloon that's failing. And emptying again.

Keep rereading my piece, a couple more threads. After your last breath in, hold breath for a couple of seconds. Place their hands with the bombs open underneath it export some breads.
