Hello friends. In the following video I will explain more about Basilica, which is a wonderful breathing technique in which we forcefully breathe in and out just from the belly area. So did like a Stoke on a fire. We really increase the heat and we really start burning dioxins and excessive fat and also start to stimulate the whole flow of energy through the body. Now it's good to understand the part of the brain that controls our breathing is also the part where our emotions are being generated, right. So we learn also through this breathing to kind of reset our whole emotional system as well.

And this really helps to kind of break free from certain habitual ways of thinking or feelings or habit patterns that we have in our actions in life, right? Because we've accumulated so much habit patterns throughout the past and impressions that we have had throughout our lives, that we sometimes get stuck in certain ways of acting and reacting that are not really beneficial for us. Now, all these impressions that we had throughout our lives, they are called stumps goddess, and they can really still have their effect on us and they have their effect on us in our daily lives as well. So by resetting that whole system, that energy center, kind of that emotional center, we also start to become I'm able to burn these samskaras into become more free liberated people in ways that we behave and act in our lives. Now in order to do this breeding technique properly, it's good to first really learn how to do Kabati you can see that in the other videos and we learn to control completely those abdominal muscles for the breathing out in cuppa tea but then also we use the abdominal muscles for breathing in.

So like I said, like on a Stoke on a fire, we contract we open we contract we open we contract, we open contract. So by doing it in succession, you notice it really does something with your whole energy system in your mind in your body. With these kind of breeding practices, it's really important to not hairy anything or something, right? Don't go over your limits. And as soon as there is a feeling of discomfort or pain, it's really a sign that you, you pushed it a little bit too far right? So take it nice and easy.

And it's good to find kind of your own rhythm. You can start up nice and slow about breeding one time every two seconds. So breeding in pigs one second breeding out one second. Like this, and then if that feels Okay, you can start to increase the pace a little bit more, until it's about two times a second, right? So that you breathe. Maybe even a little bit fast, but find for yourself a really a pace that suits you that you feel that you come into a rhythm.

You don't really have to force anything anymore. You don't have to really think anymore. It is if the rhythm is just happening by itself. And just with the abdominal area, you contract, release, contract release, and is if you start to observe your own rhythm, right. And also, it's not about how hard you can do it or how much you can push the belly out and in and out. And then it becomes more and more with all these breeding practices, more than just a physical thing.

It becomes like an energy thing, a mind thing, awareness and consciousness thing, that you start to do it very lightly. But finding a nice rhythm, and then you notice more and more subtle you can do it, the more and more you start to become aware of the subtle reality within in all these things that are happening on a more fine level, right? Because eventually this is what we're trying to develop right to become more and more aware of deeper realities within deeper consciousness within this godly nature in the source of ourselves. So how we do this, we come into a nice sitting position, you can place your hand into a mood, wrap you if you want or you can keep the hands open like this if you want, it's okay as long as the spine is nice and straight, and you keep it nice and straight.

Remind yourself sometimes if you start to bend a bit for too every nowadays constrict the muscles around the genitals around the anus to kind of push the crown of the head up to create some space, then release again, that the body is nice and straight. So there's full space and openness in the whole nervous system and the breathing system. We're going to do three rounds. Now in Feel free yourself whenever you want to stop you feel it's enough then it's enough right or do it a bit less strong. It's really important to to take it easy. Now, each round is about 15 breaths later on in your practice, you can do as many times as you want until you feel it's not it could be about 50 times maybe even 90 times or something if you progress more, but in time right after each round after the last breath, we take a full inhalation with the head up and we hold the Aaron is Antara Goomba we lengthen up and if you know what is Maha Bandha applying these different bundles, you apply that you bring the chin down and you hold the air in for as long as you feel comfortable with.

As soon as you feel the urge to breathe becomes really strong or you get contractions. Then you release Completely all the air out, read completely out. And then take a nice breath in and relax a couple of breaths, just relax your breathing, you could apply Ojai breathing if you want, it helps to calm down the breath even more, then we proceed to the next round. If you keep doing this for yourself in your own practice, what you could do, for instance, is you do first two nice rounds for however long you want to do it in whatever pace you want to do it. Then after you take some moment to just calm your breathing, and start to bring your awareness really within, bring it more within feeling what is happening in the framework of the body, and then also becoming more aware of the breath that flows in and out and just keeping the awareness there.

As soon as you feel you get a bit restless again, in your mind, start to wonder very much again, you do again and now Round until you feel it's enough nice thing you hold your release. You take some nice breads again for however long it's not about time learned to become timeless in meditation. And then whenever you feel you do it again and maybe for about three five, however many rounds you feel you want to do it for. Okay? You notice it really helps to bring openness calmness and open up the energy channels in the whole body. Okay,
