6 slices of sourdough bread (most bread will work gluten-free included)
½ cup uncooked baby spinach
1 small tomato sliced into 6 slices
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 Tablespoon oil or vegan butter (optional)

Tools:

Large frying pan (big enough for 3 slices of bread at once)
Small saucepan (to meltdown cheese)
Measuring spoons and cups
Spatula or flipper
Heavyweight (5 pounds)/sandwich press (optional to speed up cooking)
