Red pepper nacho cheese dip recipe


Red pepper nacho cheese
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10-15 mins
Ingredients 1:

2 cups of warm water (90-110 degrees Fahrenheit)
1 cup of soaked cashews (See cashew replacements in chef notes below)
5 tablespoon tapioca flour/starch
5 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 small lemon juiced or 1/4 cup lemon juice unsweetened
1 red bell pepper seeded and roasted
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon of taco seasonings

Before beginning watch proper technique to cut and roast a red bell pepper video under the tips section in the course.
Tools:

Stove or hot plate
1 medium saucepan or pot
Blender (standard or high performance)
1 silicone spatula or whisk
Storage container
Measuring cup for liquids
Measuring spoons

Cooking Process:

Add the water to the blender first to prevent dry ingredients from getting stuck under the blade
Add all other ingredients to a blender
Blend on high for 1 minute to ensure all ingredients are mixed...
