DESCRIPTION: 
In this video, we will strain all tofu except silken tofu. When you remove the water out of the tofu it allows the tofu to absorb the wheat ever flavor you introduce to it. 
Update tip: Silken tofu can be strained through a cheesecloth to avoid smashing to mush.
Updated method: Freeze the block of tofu overnight, then let it thaw out, finally strain the remaining water from the block.
