Week two is to create the environment to succeed and create food that is easy to eat and enjoy nourishment.
Week three is to understand when to eat and how to eat and when to stop and how much to rest. How to monitor the resting period so the body is ready to be nourished again.
Week four is to learn how to sustain this as a lifetime journey and connect it to the rewards.
