DESCRIPTION: Today we made dinner, fruit salad, and dessert - in one hour.
Dinner and fruit salad were contributed by Felicia (thank you) - the "tin foil" meal can be modified in many different ways - you can substitute the meat for fish of your choice and use an assortment of veggies. Cut the potatoes smaller to cook faster. To make this vegetarian you could substitute canned beans or chickpeas. Modify cooking time accordingly. Please download the recipe to the right.

We made this recipe as-is, with the maple syrup - It came out quite tasty, however, I suspect I overbaked mine. We did all this in under an hour (minus cook time, plus chatting time lol) - it was a simple 3-course meal.
