One of the best things that you can do when going through and trying to increase your productivity is to create two spaces. And what I mean by that is, I want you to imagine that, you know, everyone has kind of their normal work in business, maybe it's just one room, maybe you work out of your, you know, home or something of that nature. Yeah, you're going to have something like this. You know, maybe you have kitchen, a front door, and then this would be considered a living area. You know, if you're working out of home, it could be something like this. If you have, you know, we'll call this more of the typical standard, which would be what's known as the cubicle so You got everything here.

And then you can walk down this pathway. The main thing being is whether you have a business like this, or you're working from home, and you know, maybe it literally is just one room, that's all you got to work with whatever it is create two spaces. One is usually computer related, all right. And then one that is non computer related or personal computers I'm putting right there. So you want to have something where you're focusing on your digital aspects of your marketing and your business. And then there's going to be more of the physical world marketing and business that takes place.

And having two separate creative spaces like this is going to allow you to switch between one mode and the other. And if you don't realize it, I'm sure you will do going between something digital and non digital is like, a huge step off, you literally have to almost like, pull yourself away when you're in the middle of work that's digitally being done because you're engrossed in the screen in order to go and then do something physical. And if you're trying to do something that's physical, while the computer screens right here in front of you, you know, I'm going down, I'm doing writing, etc. It's going to be a big tear away, and it's going to really get you kind of off track. Sometimes you'll you know, skip around, you'll go, Oh, well, I want to do this while I'm writing down and I'm gonna go over and do something digital.

It oftentimes just makes more sense to be able to take even one room even if this is just your office, you know, you can set up an office. Let me quickly do this. You could set up an office kind of like this, where we'll imagine this is an entire room. And this is the door that you're entering in from. So say that you're entering in from here. It's Doesn't matter how much space you really have to work with, it's just trying to make a space that is yours.

All right. And oftentimes, in order to run a business, you really only need less than 300 square feet. All right, that's a, that's like, good enough to be able to run a two person business or an entrepreneurial ship or have something that's fully dedicated. But at the end of the day, I mean, you could really even get away with having something that's like 150 square feet even. All I'm trying to put into play is you want to have something where, you know, maybe you have your desk here. And, you know, here you have books, you know, your bookshelf, over somewhere away from that.

You want to have your physical, all right kind of work area, and I have one myself over here. And the reason that I have it like this is that Want to be able to be in one room at one time, you know, have to work walk all around. And I need to be able to separate these things. So that way, I'm literally sitting in front of my desk doing my, you know, normal PC work. And then when I have something physical, I have to do a mailing, I have to you know, write some things. I'm going to go over here, I usually like to write things down on paper or transcribe them even when I'm transcribing.

I usually just sit over on the side and my physical work area and just transcribe it into my phone while laying back kind of thinking, so you don't need to have multiple deaths. I do but you don't. You only need one desk and you can kind of just solidify this is, you know, put it put in a table just something that's easy. I'm sure you could find a table on you know, an online up Craigslist, things like that kind of communities that are selling things and just get a table to work from to sit in. So that way you have something that's physically away from your computer. creating these spaces, like I said, will increase your ability to then shift between physical and non physical or digital tasks that are at hand, having them all together.

I know from personal experience, it's going to end up tearing you back and forth and you're not going to get nearly as much done. When you stay inside of just one main thing that you're doing, you know, kind of putting everything together in bulk. I'm going to do all my digital work now, then do all my physical work or anything that I need to mail off later in another group or a segment of maybe an hour, and that creating those two spaces will increase your productivity
