In this module, Your strategic framework - “Creating your energy sources and guidance system”, we are going to build on the knowledge base and skillsets we started to work on in our first module, Revisiting “What success means to you”.   
This framework you are creating sets the direction and provides the fuel for your personal and professional success. You are again focusing on discovering you're “Why” through developing and refining your mission and vision statements. Clarifying your values and beliefs develops the “How” you are going to move towards your vision living out your mission.
