Before you answer these questions, let me develop a context for you. In my work with corporations, I assist them in building a strong performance-based culture. I coach them on how to design their strategic framework, and if they already have one, reexamine it. By strategic framework, I am referring to strong, clear vision and mission statements, Core Values and Beliefs, Key Results Areas, and Strategies. (Refer to resources- “What is the value of a strategic framework?”)
 This development process is initiated by the executive team, and taken through the organization, seeking input, and fostering dialogue and engagement. Some of the outcomes to be achieved are:
