Examining our belief statement:
It is through this value that all positive, creative energy comes. To the extent we can foster working and living with clarity of purpose in ourselves and with others, we will achieve our performance goals and derive a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. 
The assumption here is that the collective share purpose creates in and of itself an energy source that sustains and even pulls the collective body toward the attainment of the mission. The leadership creates the vision of what the end state is to be, shares that vision, and enables the body to expand the vision as a shared state. It is this process of defining, clarifying, and sharing that illustrates the importance of effective leadership.
